Squirrel had talked about her. She asked me to say hello if I saw her. I did. She was loud but nice. I gave her some tokens I had found. I think she'll use them. I don't think I will.

Some asked me if I wanted ones. I said no. It was good of them to ask. Some sell them. Others give them away. I don't know if you can tell who will do what just by looking at them.

She asked if I wanted blessings but I didn't. Sorynn gave me one before. It's one that leaves. It's gone now. It was nice of her to give it. I like the ones you can hold all the time.

The quiet dark isn't very quiet right now. Every time I wake there are banditos around. I tell people and they're gone for a little. When I wake again they're back. It means festival is here so it's good too. Just loud. Egret was talking about fireworks. I wonder what they'll be like.

I met another. She was dressed like a bunny. She spoke real posh about questions and ghosts. I hope to see her again when the ghosts aren't around.

Wind doesn't just blow. It means breath too and that means life. I didn't know that. I saw tracks in the tombs and told him about the bandito. He said he'd go look and take his wind. He explained what it meant. I like getting new words.

I talked with Palia again. She said Bluejay said she should meet many. We met already but she didn't talk about what she wanted to. We did. I don't know if it helped. She had talked to both of them already. I don't know anything to say they don't know.

I had to go back to the quiet dark. Thorin was there. I asked him to talk to her. I left a note for Bluejay. She looked like Lion. It was confusing.

Lots look like other people now. Candyballs are lots of places. So are banditos.

Atia was many places too. She took a cannon. She said they're useful to get places fast. I don't think so. She did get lots of places at once. She said lots of posh words that meant usually she got where she wanted to. I think she was funning me.

She likes riding them. She says it's for travel and not fun. I'll use my feet.

Festival is here. I was leaving the quiet dark and I saw one. I called another and she came to get it. I went to unlock things like I promised and I saw another. I called someone else. She came too. That's good.

We didn't have to hunt for people. They were around.

I talked with another. She didn't know about it. I went to get her one but she had one when I came back. I still have them. Maybe someone else will want them. She says her name is Palia.

People look good in their costumes. Some are nice. Egret's is really pretty. He said what Nightingale has. He has a minion costume. I haven't seen every costume though. Maybe there are ones just as pretty.

People asked. I don't know. Is there a time when all the don't knows are heavy and don't let you do anything? If I say I don't know do I add to it?

It was quiet. Sorryn and I talked about the difference between quiet and loud. Sometimes she likes both. She says she writes in the quiet. I try but I'm not very good. I write this. That's good. She says she spoke with him.

I talked with Lucy and Lowrenzo in Milltown. Everywhere was quiet. We talked about spidersilk and lace and festival. It's soon and there are fireworks. Lucy left. Lowrenzo and I went to Dundee. No one was there. We went hunting for people and found some.

He says he didn't but I know he did. I wonder if Ellyana will mind. She didn't seem to. He kept trying to tell me I didn't see it but I did. He calls kisses smooches.

We went some more places. I met Bobo and we found more people. Bobo is almost as soft as Scooter. Lowrenzo rode a cannon. I don't like them. He says they're fun and if you die your monument will save you. He tried to call me names but names are easy. They don't hurt.

They go away some times. Mine did. I didn't know until I went there and it was gone. The whole place was gone. I'm glad I found out before something happened and I needed it. I wonder what would have happened. I don't want to know. I hope the big ones don't leave.

I went to the Dundee Inn. There were people I knew but I didn't stay long. I should have. Quiet is good but lots of people shouldn't have quiet. The quiet was loud.

Festival is coming soon. People are very excited about it. They are running contests and talking about it everywhere. It will be very good this year.

I saw Talon. That was very good. I don't think he likes right as rain. We talked about pirates. Atia is back from her trip too. She is doing good. She went to the trainer. I wonder which one she visits.

I went to open doors and I saw a Guardian. I told Squirrel about it. I don't think it helped her much. Which trainer will she see? Another one went to the trainer. I was near the quiet dark so I brought her some armor. I hope it fits.

I've been reading the books Egret told me about. Do I want more? Maybe when I see him we can talk. He can tell me why he did. If he wants to. I would like that.

She said a place can be new even if it's old. The person seeing has to never have seen it before. I didn't know that. If I go somewhere I haven't seen before it's new.

Does a place only become old when everyone has seen it? How do you know?

Egret let me see a new old place. I spoke posh with him maybe that's why. It has lots of things in it. I'm glad. I need to be careful. I can't have fire there. He says I don't have to clean it. I should make sure it looks the same when I leave. I can do that. There's lots to see.

Lark asked me to give him a message when we talked. I did. She came and that was better. Messages only do some things.

He's back. He says he dreamed we spoke. I thought we did. He's back. I need to remember things now so he's not upset with me.

She said she wanted things to find me when I slept. I don't think she meant bad things. I'll sleep another place just in case.

She has lots of words. They mean different things. It's confusing but she explained. I thought she needed to fix the song she broke but that's not what it means. Lark didn't know what it meant either. I asked her. She explained when I asked. It means doing.

I like talking with her.

I saw Squirrel again. She needed something opened. We talked about locks and tunnels. I told her I would teach her if she wanted. Even if she wants to learn how and not just about. Mastiff came in. They started talking and I left.

There were lots of people to talk to. Some I knew some I didn't. It was a good day.

"Right as rain" means good. Lowrenzo says that. He has lots of words. He says it's different from "okie dokie." Okie dokie is alright. 'Right as rain is very good. I'll remember that. I wonder what other things he says. I said it to Tus and he understood right away.

Squirrel was there too. We talked about names and how everyone has lots. Even if they don't know it they do. How you say the name makes it different too. Each person says it differently. She said I was going somewhere and she would come with. I didn't know where. It just meant she understood though.

Another day we talked about festival. I remembered my first festival. Xia gave me what I needed for a costume. I got a scary one. She said it was alright to wear it. I wasn't very good at being it though. I took it off. Light kept saying I should put it back on. I didn't though. If I got it this year I still wouldn't wear it. People got loud. He looked good in his though.

People are talking about festival and when it will be. I don't know when. I can wait. I heard someone say harvest was late this year. I started to worry but they don't have bad harvests here. Only good. People want them to happen.

Other people came in the inn too. It didn't get very loud though. She knows lots of people.
